Who knows why he did it?

"Mom, did somebody cut your license in half?" Jeffrey asked me after I asked who was in my pocketbook, as the contents of which were scattered on the kitchen floor.

So, I'm just wondering: Does the fact that he cut it in half make it invalid now?

    How is it that kids that can be as sweet as they come can transform into little vandals?? I have never understood how this process works exactly.
